Personal Property Protection:
This insurance protects the items in your home, like your furniture. If they're damaged or lost, personal property coverage could help you cover the cost of replacing them.
Reimbursed Living Expenses:
This coverage reimburses the insured for the cost of maintaining a comparable standard of living following a covered loss that exceeds the insured's normal expenses. For example, it could include an insured's motel bill while fire damage to the home is being repaired or replaced or until the insured moves to a permanent residence.

This insurance vendor is awful. I would rate them as 0 if I could.
We were their clients for 4+ years until we tried filing our home insurance claim, because we started seeing water coming from the tiles in our kitchen.
Here's when the insane part started. The insurance resisted as if they had to give us their last dollar and the funniest part is that every time they invented different reasons.

If people are careful, then I would recommend them. But you have to be really careful. We had a basement flood after an ice storm and because of a very small detail in our policy, they wouldn't cover it and it cost us thousands of dollars.

I would recommend, I have Liberty Mutual Home Insurance on my home and I'm glad I do. I suffered from some damages to my home which were covered under the insurance, this actually saved me thousands. Damages were fixed and everything was taken care of.

I would recommend, I have Liberty Mutual Home Insurance on my home and I'm glad I do. I suffered from some damages to my home which were covered under the insurance, this actually saved me thousands. Damages were fixed and everything was taken care of.

I wish I could say that I had a pleasant experience with Liberty Mutual but unfortunately my experience hasn’t been the greatest. I chose to use Liberty Mutual because of the various coverage that was available and discounts they claimed they have. However there are many hidden fees which are very costly and a pain to pay for. The story of my friend taught me a great lesson. He failed to insure his multi-billion dollar house property in Chicago and that was how he lost the rare gem. I rushed down to Liberty Mutual Home Insurance and was guaranteed 100% security in case of an outbreak of any hazard. Don't let this opportunity pass you by.

Liberty Mutual stiffed my family of four. When our house flooded, they told us the cleanup vendor we selected would be "great" and was "not a problem"... Until they got the bill. Now we're being sued by the vendor for the unpaid bill because Liberty decided it was better to stiff our family so that they could benefit their shareholders. Run from these crooks.

I had a pipe break in my house. Liberty said they would fully pay to have it dried out. They then charged me 2.5 times my deductible. After they tore four rooms out of my house they left the kitchen among other rooms unusable. They told me to get estimates and turn them in, I did. I had a fire in my kitchen 6 months ago. I contacted Liberty Mutual and all i have gotten is a big run around. This company is horrible. I am a single mother and kept my policy up to date and this is how i get treated.

A while back a pipe busted in our home and mold started growing. Liberty Mutual sent someone out to inspect within a couple of days. They got rid of the problem within a week which was awesome because i have 2 small children and was very concerned about it affecting them.

I love Liberty Mutual for it's ease of use and great service. Applying for a homeowners insurance policy was so simple and quick. They offered a low price, which I couldn't argue with for the amount of insurance I was getting. They are also great when you file a claim.
